Shipping

Get You A Drelly, LLC. makes every effort to ship every order as quickly as possible. For in-stock items shipping generally occurs between 3-5 business days (M-F excluding holidays) from the placement of your order. Shipment for pre-orders and special item orders are governed by rules associated with the item, generally published on the items feature page within the store. Look for updates on your special orders published regularly on these pages. Occasionally due to quality issues or difficulties beyond our control, items ship later than these guidelines. If you feel your purchase is taking longer than expected, please contact customer service from the provided contact button conveniently located in the Lower Right corner of all store pages.

Returns

We sincerely hope that you enjoy your Get You A Drelly, LLC.,  purchase; however, if you would like to return your merchandise, we will gladly help you with the process. Please review the guidelines below prior to starting your return to ensure that your merchandise is eligible for a return.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the date of receipt to receive a store credit only.

  • Merchandise purchased online must be returned via mail to Get You A Drelly Distribution Center. We do not accept in-person drop-offs at our Distribution Center and Corporate Office.

  • All returned items MUST include the order # and the completed return request form in the package (see below for return label form)

  • Merchandise returned must be in new/unused and unwashed condition (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, perfume or wear) and must include attached product tags.

  • Defective items must be reported within 1 day of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. 

  • We are unable to accept returns on "intimates" (i.e. jewelry/accessories, boy shorts)

  • Shipping cost & shipping sales tax incurred for returns are non-refundable and within the customer’s responsibility unless you received the wrong item.

To return merchandise, please complete the return label and form.  Affix the return label to the outside of the packing box/envelope. Include the return form with your merchandise and mail to Get You A Drelly, LLC..  You may utilize your preferred shipping method; however, we recommend returning merchandise via a traceable carrier.  

Once your return has been received, a store credit will be issued to you within 10-14 business days from the date the return is received by Bandmerch.

The personally identifiable information we collect is used to facilitate the delivery of products and/or services to our customers. In the process of providing these products and/or services, we require our customers to provide certain personally identifiable information. Contests, promotions, and/or newsletter registrations: 
We require all users and/or customers wishing to participate in any of our contests, drawings, sweepstakes, promotions, or newsletters to complete a Participant Registration Form. During this registration process, we generate and collect certain personally identifiable information.  The personally identifiable information that may be collected from our customers in completion of a registration form: Customer's first name, last name, zip code, phone number, age, and email address. Winners of contests, drawings, sweepstakes, and/or promotions will be required to provide additional personally identifiable information such as a shipping address and telephone number.

In the case of product and/or service purchases: In order to complete the purchase of a product and/or service, an online credit card transaction is required. During this process, we generate and collect certain verifiable personally identifiable information.

The personally identifiable information that may be collected from our customers in completion of a product and/or service purchase: The verifiable personally identifiable information required includes the customer's first and last name, first and last name of the credit card owner, credit card billing address, credit card number, credit card expiration date, customer's shipping address, phone number, and email address.

Personal correspondence: If a customer sends us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or submits inquiries to our customer service email or leaves messages on our customer service phone line, we may collect such information into a file specific to such a customer.
